Driver App
The Driver App is an essential tool for drivers or bus matrons during student pick-ups and drop-offs at designated locations. With integrated GPS functionality, the app provides real-time tracking of the bus location, ensuring that both school administrators and parents can monitor the journey live. In addition, the app includes a built-in chat feature that facilitates seamless communication between the driver, school admin, and parents, ensuring that important information is exchanged promptly. It also supports notifications, allowing the school admin to send alerts directly to parents regarding the bus's status and any other relevant updates.
Web Admin
The web application used by school administrators is a powerful tool for planning and managing bus routes, as well as organizing pick-up and drop-off schedules. It enables real-time monitoring of trips, ensuring safety and punctuality. Administrators can easily enter essential trip details, such as student locations, driver and bus assignments, and other relevant information. Moreover, the app allows administrators to receive notifications from drivers during trips and facilitates direct communication via chat between the administrator, driver, and parents. Parent App

The Route Planner simplifies route creation by allowing users to assign students to pick-up and drop-off locations using Google Maps. As students are added, a route is automatically generated, displaying the estimated distance and travel time. After finalizing the route, users can specify pick-up and drop-off times, and the scheduler efficiently organizes trips based on the defined schedule.
Trip History
The Trip History feature provides school administrators with detailed records of past trips, offering valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Route Trip Re-play
Provides a 30-day trip replay feature on Google Maps, allowing users to view the bus's route history, including all locations visited and specific timestamps during the journey.
Over speed alert
Sends alerts to the school administrator when the bus exceeds the speed limit, enabling prompt action to address driver speeding and ensure student safety.
How to start
The school owner creates an account and registers schools with comprehensive details. Once the school is registered, users such as administrators and drivers can be added to the account for seamless management and coordination.
The administrator adds student information, such as roll number, section, and class, to ensure accurate and comprehensive student records.
The administrator adds bus and driver details, including bus number, driver's name, and license number etc
The administrator creates a route by adding students, drivers, buses, and bus stops with their locations, which then generates a route path on Google Maps.
The administrator provides trip metadata for a specific route, including frequencies and pick/drop timings. The system's background scheduler then generates trips based on the specified frequency (daily/one-time), adhering to the provided metadata.
The driver installs the mobile app and logs in using the credentials provided by the school. Once logged in, the driver initiates the assigned trip for the day.
Parents can install the Parent app on their mobile devices, add their child, and track their child's journey for a specific trip in real-time.
